PALM Services have over 17 years experience in the window cleaning business. This allows us to assess the best methods needed to carry out our services.
We guarantee all our work, and will happily correct any problems, should there be any. FREE of charge. We want all our customers to be happy with the service received from us.

We offer Water Fed Pole window cleaning / exterior building cleaning with deionised water. We are able to achieve heights to 50 ft from the ground. That's a 5 floor high building, or a low 6.
Water Fed Pole proves to be a safe method of cleaning, as the worker is firmly stood on the ground and not hanging off a ladder.
Just to let you know, as many window cleaners now will not use ladders. We will and yes, we are insured to do so. Ladders are not illegal, but they are not to be used as a first choice, or if proved to be dangerous.
Before we do conduct any ladder use, we will assess the working areas first, to comply with the current health and safety refulations.

Hopefully, this will never be needed, but accidents do happen. We have only ever had one claim in all our 17 years, this mounted to £500 which was slight damage to a car, caused by a ladder. This was fully settled within 2 weeks.
